1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Free Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping within Pakistan. Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Restocking Fee
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total product price to cover handling and processing costs.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
